These are collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "Site", encompassing all related services, features, content, and applications offered by ZAPSAS.

Gaming Services and Leaderboards

Our gaming platform at play.zapsas.tech offers 6 browser-based games with global leaderboard functionality:

• Anonymous Participation: All game scores are stored anonymously using randomly generated player identifiers. No personal information, usernames, or identifying data is required or collected.
• Firebase Storage: Game scores and statistics are stored using Google Firebase Firestore exclusively for leaderboard functionality. This data cannot be linked to individual users.
• Fair Play: We reserve the right to remove suspicious or fraudulent scores from leaderboards to maintain fair competition.
• No Guarantees: Games are provided "as is" for entertainment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent storage of game scores.
• Local Storage: Some game preferences may be stored locally in your browser and can be cleared at any time.
• No Real-World Value: Game scores, achievements, and leaderboard positions have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real-world benefits.

By playing games on play.zapsas.tech, you acknowledge that scores are public on leaderboards and agree to anonymous data storage via Firebase.
